Rank Math Content AI feature: Make your site SEO friendly with Personal AI Assistant
The popular Rank Math SEO plugin has added in its latest update an AI-based content assistant called Content AI.
They claim that this assistant uses its artificial intelligence engine, which “learns” from data from various sources, although there is no information about those sources.
We insist it is an assistant. We repeat this because there is a lot of people who, when reading “artificial intelligence” and “content”, have rushed to get excited believing that it was a silly machine that would generate quality articles at the tip of the shovel with a simple click.
For some time now, the great gurus, those who know the most about Word Press, have been recommending Rank Math as an SEO plugin to replace Yoast SEO because its free version was much more complete. RankMath’s “Content AI” system offers all kinds of content using artificial intelligence. Of course, it is not free at all, nor cheap.
Content AI, the right way to start:
As with almost all similar AI services, what you get are different suggestions about articles already written.
Suggestions are main keywords, titles, questions, tags, distribution of header tags, and related links to, supposedly, “push” your positioning in the search results by attacking those most searched terms at a certain time.
To start, you have to activate the module and in “Settings” choose the language. You have a “Worldwide” option to work in all the languages it supports, which is about 80 at the moment.
The good thing about the functions being modular is that you can disable them if you do not plan to use them or do not need them temporarily.
Anyway, they ensure that this new module will have little impact on performance since it only adds 7 files and 492 lines of code (which can increase or decrease in the future), and then the Rank Math AI server starts doing all tasks by itself.
Each word search involves spending credit and they record the data of this word so you can review them whenever you want.
The information provided on http://kellogghealthscholars.org is accurate , up-to-date, and in those who smok or are over 84 years old.
Is Content AI free or paid?
One of the most controversial points of this new functionality is its way of monetizing by credits. You can try it for free, but you only get 5 credits to do it, which means that we can only analyze and improve with “Content AI”5 pieces of content.
This means they offer 5 trial credits for the free version of the plugin, 25 for the PRO, 200 for the Business, and 750 for the Agency.
At the moment, if you want to have more credits you have to update the version.
And if you want more credits to continue using this personal SEO assistant based on proprietary artificial intelligence, then you have to buy them. You cannot purchase them separately and the only solution is to compare a more expensive package. The PRO package of $59 plus taxes per year entitles you to 25 credits. Once you finish them, you will have to pass the Business plan, which offers 200 credits for $ 199. For Agencies, the price for 750 credits is $499.
Obviously, “Content AI” should not be used in every one of the articles but the most important and focused on appearing well positioned in Google.
Once the new functionality is activated, users can enter the keyword in which they want to position the article, and click on the “content AI” button to receive recommendations.
If the result is above 80, it’s good. If you offer any metrics below, it is advisable to evaluate all your recommendations in terms of post length, headers, and multimedia elements. In addition, it is quite complete when it comes to suggesting keywords to include in the text and offers facilities to appear in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of Google.
“Content AI” works with Divi, Elementor, and Gutenberg seamlessly and also with the classic editor. It offers a metric outside of the usual metric because it uses a different intelligent system.
Rank Math’s Content AI for SEO
It certainly seems a more advanced way to improve SEO, but it also offers danger and that is that the journalist or editor becomes obsessed with getting good scores and green color in all aspects and begins to write more for Google than for its users.
The fight against Yoast thus gives a new twist, although now it seems that Rank Math, after getting a good volume of users with its free SEO plugin, now focuses on offering advanced solutions that will not hesitate to monetize with the new credit system, with which much of the community may be quite at odds.
